The terms for using this site.
These terms explain the rules for using the Ripz & Sipz and Ripz & Hitz website. They cover what the site can promise about machines, packs and events, what a business inquiry does and does not mean, and who owns the names and pictures you see here.
This is the first version of this page. We wrote it from how the site works today, and it is still being reviewed before the site launches.

About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, which belongs to Ripz & Sipz, the business behind the Ripz & Sipz and Ripz & Hitz vending machines. By using the site you agree to them, and if you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the site tells you
We try to keep the machine pages, the hours, the stock and the event dates correct, but they can change faster than we can update them. A machine can sell out, a venue can change its hours and an event can move. If something matters to your trip, check with the venue before you go.

Buying from a machine
When you buy from a RIPZ machine, you pay the price the machine shows at the time. If a machine takes your money and gives you nothing, or anything else goes wrong with it, please tell us on the Help page so that a person can look into it.

Sealed packs
Many trading cards and collectibles come in sealed packs, and nobody can see what is inside a pack before it is opened. Which cards a pack holds is a matter of chance, so we cannot promise any particular card, value or result.

Hosting and owning inquiries
The Host a RIPZ page describes how we work with venues. Nothing on that page is an offer, a price or a contract, and any arrangement we make with a business is set out in a separate written agreement.

The online shop
The online shop is not open yet. Before it opens, we will add the terms of sale to this page, and they will cover prices, payment, shipping and returns.

Our names and pictures
The Ripz & Sipz and Ripz & Hitz names, their wordmarks and the pictures on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them, or use them in a way that suggests you speak for us.
The card games, sports teams and leagues whose products we sell own their own names and marks. This site is not sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

Using the site fairly
Please do not try to break into the site, flood its forms with messages, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive. We may ignore or delete anything sent to us that breaks these rules.

Links to other sites
Some links on this site open other services, such as a map app for directions to a venue. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they show or do.

Our responsibility
We provide this website as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be online or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right that the law gives you and does not allow anyone to remove.

Changes and questions
If we change these terms, the new version goes on this page with a new date, and using the site after that means you accept it. If you have a question about these terms, the contact form on the Help page reaches a person at RIPZ.
