This is the help page for Ripz & Sipz and Ripz & Hitz, the two RIPZ vending brands. It answers the common questions about using a machine. If a machine took your money or did not work, the problem report further down this page tells us which machine it was and what happened, and the contact form below it is for anything else.

These are the questions guests ask while they are standing at a machine in a taproom, a sports bar or a family venue.
How do I pay at a RIPZ machine?
You choose what you want on the machine's touchscreen and pay by card right there at the machine. The machine takes the payment itself, so you never need to find a member of staff to buy something.
What is the code on the machine's sticker?
Every machine has a sticker with a square code on it, called a QR code, that your phone's camera can read. When you scan it, this site opens the page for the venue you are standing in, with what is in the machine, the venue's hours and any events coming up there.
What should I do if I paid and nothing came out?
Please don't pay a second time. Send us the machine problem report on the help page, with the code on the machine's sticker and about what time it happened. The code tells us exactly which machine it was, so we can look into what went wrong and reply to you.
Is everything in a RIPZ machine fine for children?
Everything in a Ripz & Sipz or Ripz & Hitz machine is chosen to be fine for a family to buy, from the card packs to the squishies and fidget toys. Ripz & Hitz machines stand in family venues, and a Ripz & Sipz machine in a bar carries the same kinds of things.
How do I find another RIPZ machine?
Find a RIPZ lists every venue with a machine, with directions and opening hours for each one. You can show only Ripz & Sipz or only Ripz & Hitz venues, and you can sort the list by how close each venue is to you.
Report a machine problem
Did a machine let you down?
Tell us which machine it was and what happened, and we will look into it and reply to you by email. If you took a photo of the machine or its screen, keep it, because you can send it to us when we reply.
Where to find the machine code
Most stickers print the machine code under the square QR code, after the word machine, for example RS01. If you opened this page by scanning the machine, the code is already filled in for you. If you can't find it, the name of the venue is enough for us to work out which machine it was.
